By purchasing products from the Eoutlet E.L.A online Store NZ, the purchaser
(Customer) agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
E.L.A adheres to the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Business Customers: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business
customers (As defined by CGA). Business customers agree that where products are
purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.
Payment
* We accept bank deposit payment to our NZ ASB Bank account
* We accept credit card payment through Paypal - 0% Fees (For a limited time)
* We can also setup auction on TradeMe for Credit Card payment - Trademe Fees will incur
** We accept lay-by on just 20% deposit, and 8 weeks to pay off your purchase **
(Note: Cancellation fee will be charged covering costs if buyer cancels layby,
so please make sure you are 100% comitted to buy before starting a lay-by purchase)

Reward Points Program
We now offer a loyalty reward points program scheme for all registered members, all spending
are accumulated into points / dollars which are redeemable, please refer to the
"Points program FAQ" for further information.
Dispatch
* Orders will be shipped out within 2 working days at the lastest (excludes Sat, Sun or Public
Holidays) but in most case we will try to dispatch the your order immediately upon payment received in FULL, we use NZpost or Courierpost as our shipping carrier. In rare cases if any items are found to be out-of-stock (although we keep our stock qty as accurate as possible) in the order,
customer will be contacted via Email.
* Dispatch Notice Email with Tracking Number(if any) will be sent after the order has been shipped. In general delivery time takes anywhere between 1-3 days nationwide as a target time frame by NZpost (Its normally faster for the North Island and can take upto maximum target time for the South Island. ALL Rural addresses may take upto an extra 1-2 days ontop of the normal delivery time), In very RARE cases it can take slightly longer subjecting to weather condition and unexpected delays on the carriers end.
Please contact us ASAP if your order has not been received for over 7 working days after
dispatch confirmation, we will track and trace it and/or file a claim for you. Parcels can be
tracked at the www.nzpost.co.nz or www.courierpost.co.nz website with the tracking number provided.
* Please ensure all information provided is correct, for example, NAME, DELIVERY
ADDRESS, POSTCODE and PHONE NUMBER -for Courier purpose only- to avoid delay.
Any fake or insufficient information provided may be resulted in delays at buyer’s own
responsibility.
* All compensation for damaged or lost parcels subject to NZpost and Courierpost
Terms and Conditions, eoutlet E.L.A will ensure sufficient packaging.
Pickup
* Pick ups are available for orders of $60 and over by arrangement ONLY. Please state that you wish to pick up in the comment box at checkout page -Add Comments About Your
Order-, and we will arrange it with you ASAP. OR alternatively please get in touch
with us to arrange pickup with us.
Exchange and Returns
* All brand new electronic products come with 30 Days manufacturers defect
warranty otherwise will be stated - UltraFire, Trustfire products 60 days
warranty - Olight Flashlights 6 Months Warranty
* For Fashion products (Jewellery, Beauty products, Bags and Fashion
accessories). Due to the nature of these products. E.L.A
will not accept returns for change of mind. Please ask questions before making
your order if you are unsure of what to choose. Fashion experts at E.L.A are
happy to assist you.
* 12 month Diamond Jewellery Quality Guarantee- All natural Diamond and Gemstone
Jewellery in solid gold, or solid silver, is covered by our 12 month quality
Guarantee.
* Warranty and Guarantee do not cover damage and-or misuse made by customer.
* If product arrived faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer
Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Buyer must contact us via Email immediately
upon receipt of products. Every product will be carefully checked before
dispatching, sufficient packaging and protection will be used.
* Unless agreed in written by E.L.A, No returned products will be accepted. Please always email us first before returning a product, once RMA approved by
our staff, item must be returned within 7 days. Some operating difficulties can
be easily solved via Emails.
* Return product must be sent back within 7 days for processing in original
condition. Original Condition means returned product MUST be in original
condition, not altered, not used, not damaged with original tags, accessories and packaging.
Item returned not in original condition will not be accepted and might be
returned at buyers expenses.
* Returns will not be accepted if your simply changed your mind. Change of
Mind includes but not limited to - You decide you don’t want the goods; You find
the same thing cheaper elsewhere; You bought something for someone else that
they don’t like or already have; You bought clothes that don’t fit; You bought
something that doesn’t match what you already have; You didnt check description
and product is not what you expected; The picture is not to scale
or the colour is slightly different on your computer screen, etc.- Please always
check description or ask questions before making your order.
* E.L.A reserves the right to investigate the condition of returned products
prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund at E.L.As choice based on the
situation. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
* Customer pays for return postage first in all situations; replace or refund will be
given for processed product only. 15% restocking fee will incur on refunds. Shipping
charges are NOT refundable under any circumstance. Thank you!
